1. What I will build. A five-page, mobile-friendly website with a contact/quote form and Google Business Profile setup, based on your answers here. Anything not described is outside this agreement and quoted separately.
2. Price and payment. $500 total. A $250 deposit is due before work starts and the $250 balance before the site goes live. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, except as stated in section 10. If a balance is over 14 days late, work and hosting may be paused.
3. Timeline. I aim to deliver a first draft preview within three business days of the deposit, completed intake and your materials. Delays caused by late materials or feedback move the timeline the same amount.
4. What you provide. Business information and photos. You confirm you own or may use everything you supply. Stock or AI-made images are used only for backgrounds and graphics, never to misrepresent your work.
5. Revisions. Two rounds of changes are included, each sent as one consolidated list. Extra rounds and new pages are $75/hour. Feedback is due within 7 days or the project is considered approved.
6. Domain and ownership. Your domain is registered in your name and you own it. On full payment you own the site content and design delivered. I may show the finished site in my portfolio and reuse general code and tools. Third-party fees (domain renewal, email hosting) are paid by you directly.
7. After launch.
8. No guarantees on results. I build a professional, working site. I do not guarantee search ranking, leads or sales, or 100% uptime.
9. Liability. My total liability is limited to the amount you have paid me. I am not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
10. Ending the agreement. Either side may end it in writing. If you end it, the deposit is kept and work completed beyond the deposit is billed pro rata. I may decline or stop the project at my sole discretion at any point before the site goes live, for any reason, including a poor fit, unclear domain ownership or unrealistic expectations. In that case I will refund your deposit in full and owe nothing further.
11. Whole agreement. This is the full agreement. Changes must be in writing (email is fine). Kentucky law applies.
